aggravated escape from custody. K.S.A. 21-3810. Pichon contends
the district court abused its discretion when it refused to allow
him to call certain witnesses who he contends were necessary to
prove his defense of compulsion. Pichon also contends there was
insufficient evidence to show he was guilty of the crime charged.
We affirm.
